Oregon City Kids Wrestling Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best experience for all participants, but we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is needed. Please review our refund policy below:

No Refunds After the First Tournament: Once the first tournament of the season has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Requests Before the First Tournament: Refunds will be considered only before the first tournament. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to oregoncitykidswrestling@gmail.com.

Refund Review Process: All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Board of Directors. The decision will be final, and the Board reserves the right to approve or deny any request.

Non-refundable Fees: Please note that certain fees, such as registration or equipment costs, may be non-refundable even if a refund is approved.
